Our first UFC broadcast
UFC LONDON, March 22nd
On March 22, 2025, the time has finally come: UFC London is coming up, and we will be there up close – from Media Day to the weigh-ins.
The O2 Arena in London will be a cauldron of excitement, and the fight card promises to be a firework!
The main event will be the main event between Leon Edwards and Sean Brady, but battles like Jan Blachowicz vs. Carlos Ulberg and Kevin Holland vs. Gunnar Nelson will also provide plenty of action. Here's a detailed look at the key fights.
Main event: Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady
A key moment in the welterweight division
Leon "Rocky" Edwards returns to the Octagon after his title loss to Belal Muhammad to put himself back in the title conversation. With wins over Kamaru Usman, Colby Covington, and Nate Diaz, he has proven himself among the best welterweights. His strengths lie in his precision—with a significant 53.9% accuracy and one of the best defensive stats in the division.
His opponent, Sean Brady , is considered one of the most dangerous grapplers in the welterweight division. The BJJ specialist from Philadelphia boasts an impressive takedown accuracy of 52% and has already defeated Gilbert Burns, Kelvin Gastelum, and Michael Chiesa. Brady is also extremely dangerous on the ground – his submission defense is outstanding, and he has won five times by submission in 17 victories.
A key to this fight will be whether Edwards can use his strong takedown defense (65.8%) to keep Brady at bay. He has clear advantages standing up, but if Brady manages to ground Edwards, it could be a long night for the Englishman.
Our tip: Leon Edwards shows his world-class fighting routine and defeats the dangerous Brady by decision.
Blachowicz vs. Ulberg
A fight for the future of the Light Heavyweight Division
Jan Blachowicz , the former champion, faces a critical fight against rising New Zealander Carlos Ulberg . The Pole has already defeated big names like Israel Adesanya and Dominick Reyes, but after his recent loss to new champion Magomed Ankalaev, he's looking to prove he's still among the elite.
Ulberg, a knockout artist from City Kickboxing Gym, has fought his way into the top 10 with an impressive winning streak. Seven of his 12 victories have been by knockout, and his dynamic kickboxing style could pose a real challenge for Blachowicz. Blachowicz's best chance lies in taking the fight to the ground, as he has nine submission wins to his name.
With Ulberg's seven consecutive undefeated fights, this will be a true generational battle. Can Blachowicz leverage his experience, or will we witness Ulberg's final breakthrough?
Our tip: Carlos Ulberg surprises the veteran and wins by TKO.
Kevin Holland vs. Gunnar Nelson
Striking versus grappling in perfection
This fight promises to be an absolute spectacle. Kevin Holland is known for his unorthodox style and trash-talking during fights, but his knockout power and creativity in stand-up combat should not be underestimated. He lands an average of 4.09 significant strikes per minute and has already spectacularly knocked out legends like Jacare Souza.
Gunnar Nelson, on the other hand, is a top-notch jiu-jitsu specialist with the highest significant strike rate (60.5%) in UFC welterweight history. His submission holds are deadly—if Holland isn't careful, he could find himself locked in a rear-naked choke sooner than he'd like.
The question is: Can Nelson take Holland down, or will Holland keep the fight at a distance and score with his wild punches?
Our tip: Holland could have his moments, but will be caught by a submission attempt and eventually forced to submit.
